HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT ???

I AM NOT A DOCTOR THIS IS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED FROM LIFE 

In today's article i will discuss HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT?, HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO BE IN SHAPE OR TO BE HEALTHY? WHAT EFFECTS DOES FAT HAS ON ONE'S BODY?. Me being a sports man, college basket ball team Captain. I work a lot every day, 2 hours at gym then 4 to 5 hours Basketball training every day, it keep my body in shape. I have many friends and some of them are fat and most of them suffer from diseases like Diabetes, Sugar, Heart problems and many more that i cant even discuss. It feels bad to see them in such pain and problems i am not praising myself but i have helped a lot of my friends to recover from being fat and lazy. I lost one of my dear friends last month whom i loved like a brother.
  Well  the reason of this article is to help out those men and women who suffer from excessive body fat. Through an anonymous survey we found out that people who have excessive fat and or are fat have inferiority complex, which we will discuss later. The things i am about to tell are true and if applied one will see amazing , dare i say life changing results. I do not promote health medicine used to reduce fat, also known as fat burners. Well you know what i am talking about, i am against all of the medicines shown on television and advertised on internet because, they are just a scam. Its a way of making money.

EFFECTS OF EXCESS BODY FAT: Weight reduction plays a vital role in  fighting disease and maintaining good health. It is proven by science that obesity is major threat to longevity and health. It is a cause of diseases like, Sugar, heart attacks, diabetes and many more. So why risk your life and health? while one can easily reduce the excessive fat and live a healthy happy life. 

WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT: There are a lot of ways to reduce body fat and Dieting is not one of the them, no sir it isn't. When it comes to dieting people think that dieting is one of the best and fast way to cut down the fat. Well this is not the case because when you reduce your body in take you  are actually working against the needs, and when you do so your not benefiting to your health in reality your making your health worse. How is that possible? well, take an example of a car, if you fuel your car it will run, if you over fill your car's fuel tank the fuel will start to come out of the tank and will drop on the ground, when your fuel tank is empty the car will stop. Same is the case of human body when you will fuel it and do exercise the energy created by the food in your body will be utilized and then you'll feed your body again and again to carry out daily works of life. Now, the problem occurs when you over fuel your body this is where body fat comes in, when you keep on fueling your body and not utilizing the energy it will be then converted to body fat and if precautionary measures are not taken a wall  of fat starts building up on the Heart which then causes heart attacks. Today i will tell you different ways hows to keep yourself healthy and to reduce your fat easily and naturally. These are the ways that helped and my friends and everyone i suggested to;

CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE:
 To lose weight you have to change your life style. Make a time table when you will have you breakfast, when is your lunch and dinner time. What ever you plan out just stick to it then. this might look stupid but believe me these basic steps will help you a lot. Stop eating junk food i mean not totally but cut down to none. All of the pizzas, burgers, lamb donners etc etc add to fat to your body. Eat homemade more it is energetic and cheap :), and gives you vitamins and proteins and vitamins that your body need. Have a light dinner and walk around in you Tv lounge for about 10 minutes rather than going straight to bed or on couch.

JOGGING: Frankly speaking Jogging is the most easiest way to reduce fat. You might have heard about it in news, through TV  or advertisement on internet, 1 hour of jogging early morning keeps man healthy and fit. Why is that so?

 let me explain why jogging in the early morning is most effective. First of all in the morning  our body is fresh, our mind is fresh and you inhale fresh air which is good for body and blood flow, helps you forget all of your tensions for at least the time you are jogging .What i would suggest is to at least jog for and hour in the morning to keep yourself healthy and to get rid of your  extra fat. Listen to radio on the go, or listen to your favorite music. If you do not want to jog or not in the mod and i you have a pet dog take him/ her out for a walk. It will benefit you both.

GYM:
 This method is for the people who want more than just getting rid of fat. What i would suggest you is that take a gym membership and work with your trainer. Don't just go on beating yourself out there. Go on slowly and step by step with one thing in mind, that you have to do it. You have to change the way u look at the end we all our human beings and tour bodies are GOD given gifts if you treat it like a temple you will get the results...

INDOOR EXERCISES:  For the people who do not like to go out or have a tight schedule. Well for you guys the best possible way is to get a treadmill  or an exercise bike. Put on your favorite Tv show or movie and do it for at-least and hour or so. Do this everyday in the morning or in the evening for better results do it twice a day 45 minutes each.












Everyone wants to look smart, handsome and beautiful this is human nature. Most important thing is how much hard work you put in to something to get something. Each and everything depends on on, it depends on your hard work, your will , your dedication and passion. 
I have done it so as millions of other so, WHY CANT YOU?.
