I AM NOT A DOCTOR THIS IS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED FROM LIFE 

In today's article i will discuss HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT?, HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO BE IN SHAPE OR TO BE HEALTHY? WHAT EFFECTS DOES FAT HAS ON ONE'S BODY?. Me being a sports man, college basket ball team Captain. I work a lot every day, 2 hours at gym then 4 to 5 hours Basketball training every day, it keep my body in shape. I have many friends and some of them are fat and most of them suffer from diseases like Diabetes, Sugar, Heart problems and many more that i cant even discuss. It feels bad to see them in such pain and problems i am not praising myself but i have helped a lot of my friends to recover from being fat and lazy. I lost one of my dear friends last month whom i loved like a brother.
  Well  the reason of this article is to help out those men and women who suffer from excessive body fat. Through an anonymous survey we found out that people who have excessive fat and or are fat have inferiority complex, which we will discuss later. The things i am about to tell are true and if applied one will see amazing , dare i say life changing results. I do not promote health medicine used to reduce fat, also known as fat burners. Well you know what i am talking about, i am against all of the medicines shown on television and advertised on internet because, they are just a scam. Its a way of making money.

EFFECTS OF EXCESS BODY FAT: Weight reduction plays a vital role in  fighting disease and maintaining good health. It is proven by science that obesity is major threat to longevity and health. It is a cause of diseases like, Sugar, heart attacks, diabetes and many more. So why risk your life and health? while one can easily reduce the excessive fat and live a healthy happy life. 

WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT: There are a lot of ways to reduce body fat and Dieting is not one of the them, no sir it isn't. When it comes to dieting people think that dieting is one of the best and fast way to cut down the fat. Well this is not the case because when you reduce your body in take you  are actually working against the needs, and when you do so your not benefiting to your health in reality your making your health worse. How is that possible? well, take an example of a car, if you fuel your car it will run, if you over fill your car's fuel tank the fuel will start to come out of the tank and will drop on the ground, when your fuel tank is empty the car will stop. Same is the case of human body when you will fuel it and do exercise the energy created by the food in your body will be utilized and then you'll feed your body again and again to carry out daily works of life. Now, the problem occurs when you over fuel your body this is where body fat comes in, when you keep on fueling your body and not utilizing the energy it will be then converted to body fat and if precautionary measures are not taken a wall  of fat starts building up on the Heart which then causes heart attacks. Today i will tell you different ways hows to keep yourself healthy and to reduce your fat easily and naturally. These are the ways that helped and my friends and everyone i suggested to;

CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE:

 To lose weight you have to change your life style. Make a time table when you will have you breakfast, when is your lunch and dinner time. What ever you plan out just stick to it then. this might look stupid but believe me these basic steps will help you a lot. Stop eating junk food i mean not totally but cut down to none. All of the pizzas, burgers, lamb donners etc etc add to fat to your body. Eat homemade more it is energetic and cheap :), and gives you vitamins and proteins and vitamins that your body need. Have a light dinner and walk around in you Tv lounge for about 10 minutes rather than going straight to bed or on couch.

JOGGING: Frankly speaking Jogging is the most easiest way to reduce fat. You might have heard about it in news, through TV  or advertisement on internet, 1 hour of jogging early morning keeps man healthy and fit. Why is that so?

 let me explain why jogging in the early morning is most effective. First of all in the morning  our body is fresh, our mind is fresh and you inhale fresh air which is good for body and blood flow, helps you forget all of your tensions for at least the time you are jogging .What i would suggest is to at least jog for and hour in the morning to keep yourself healthy and to get rid of your  extra fat. Listen to radio on the go, or listen to your favorite music. If you do not want to jog or not in the mod and i you have a pet dog take him/ her out for a walk. It will benefit you both.

GYM:

 This method is for the people who want more than just getting rid of fat. What i would suggest you is that take a gym membership and work with your trainer. Don't just go on beating yourself out there. Go on slowly and step by step with one thing in mind, that you have to do it. You have to change the way u look at the end we all our human beings and tour bodies are GOD given gifts if you treat it like a temple you will get the results...

INDOOR EXERCISES:  For the people who do not like to go out or have a tight schedule. Well for you guys the best possible way is to get a treadmill  or an exercise bike. Put on your favorite Tv show or movie and do it for at-least and hour or so. Do this everyday in the morning or in the evening for better results do it twice a day 45 minutes each.

Everyone wants to look smart, handsome and beautiful this is human nature. Most important thing is how much hard work you put in to something to get something. Each and everything depends on on, it depends on your hard work, your will , your dedication and passion. 
I have done it so as millions of other so, WHY CANT YOU?.

SONY SAYS ALL PLAYSTATION 4 GAMES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO DOWNLAOD

  Sony announced on the PlayStation's 4 event that they will be concentration of the PlayStation network in the future. Today they announced a big leap towards the digital distribution for new console through the PS network. Sony said that "all games will be available to download ", Sony said that this is a major decision that has to be taken to to reduce the use of pirated games. Developers are loosing a lot of their money because of this system.
Sony's studio boss Shuhei Yoshida said that every game will available to download and as a disk.Just like the PS vita where everything is available a a digital media through the PlayStation network.
 Shuhei Yoshida also said they are planning to do a subscription plan like a TV cable service providers. He more added to that and said they are thinking to do like a Silver, Gold and Platinum subscriptions when we have more content especially now that we have Gaikai technology. 
 Some reports say that a patent filed by SONY-Showed  anew way of identifying and blocking console owners for using pirated software. It is still unknown that it will be a part of PS4 or not.

SONY UPADTES THE LIST OF EUROPEAN PLAYSTATION 4 DEVELOPERS

   Sony announced the list of  third party developers that will be making SONY's NEX-GEN console the PLAYSTATION 4 games. Its has been cut down from 53 to almost 30, which include 2k games, SEGA, Capcom and many more. Avery strange thing is that  ACTIVISION, Ubisoft and E.A (Electronic Arts) these three companies are not included in the listed.  Funny thing is  that on the PlayStation 4 event Ubisoft was pledging its support for the PS4 and now they are not in the Sony's revised list of PlayStation 4 developers.
  According to GAMASUTRA that the " updated list has removed the previous developers and publishers. It cut some notable names, including Mojang, Vlambeer, Frozenbyte, Rovio, and Criterion. In their place are new names, like Splash Damage, Hello Games, 2K Games, and CD Projekt. Sony has said that the old list was in error ".

SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 TO BE REVEALED IN MARCH

On MWC 13 SAMSUNG announced the UNPACKED event in New York on March the 14. Which is more likely to be the reveal date of the Highly anticipated smart phone of the year the SAMSUNG GALAXY S4. Invites have been sent out to the press and the people of tech world, even though Samsung didn't say straight away to the press that they will be announcing the GALAXY S IV and this event but it looks clear and there are some clues in the invite as you can see in the picture below.

As you can clearly see in this invite it says " READY 4, not for" which is the first clue. GALAXY series in on the top of the Android world right now and is direct competitor to the Apple's Iphone. Samsung has seen success beyond measures from its galaxy series, starting from the smart phone of the year the Galaxy S GT-i9000, then came the Galaxy S2 GT-i9100 which was highly successful and made records, Then came the Galaxy S3 Gt-i9300 packed latest and the greatest from Samsung once again with S3 Samsung showed what they are capable of. From Past few months the upcoming Galaxy series phone the Galaxy S4 is in news from leaks to predictions, it is sure that Samsung will reveal the next Galaxy Series Super phone i.e the Galaxy S IV in this event. 

  The invite has one more clue it says " COME AND THE NEXT GALAXY " this all does make sense. Now some of the leaked images are:

According to a very reliable source the leaked specs of this phone are that it will be 5" full HD display, will have 2Gb of ram, for internal memory it will pack 16,32 and 64Gb variants. Device will be running Android version 4.2 which is the latest right now. Now for the processor part first it was speculated that S IV will have the Samsung latest Exynos 5 series processor but now the latest rumors say that it will have the SNAPDRAGON 600 processor clocked at 1.9Ghz. It will also have a 13 megapixel camera and will come in white and black colour. 

 It is also rumored that people in Us will see this device shipped in April or May. As for now these are all leaks so we have to wait till 14 march because it is then this device is rumored to be revealed.

MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS 2013

Mobile world Congress 2013 is being held in BARCELONA, Spain. Mobile world congress is like a show where Big companies like Samsung, LG, HTC, Huawei, SONY, Motorola, ASUS and many other show off their latest techs. Which includes New Phones or Tablets or TVs. It can be any thing from and related tech world. Well this year has been no exception on february 25 in Barecelona. This is what has been happening so far in  MWC 13,

SAMSUNG:

Samsung just announced  GALAXY NOTE 8. Which is like BIG BROTHER to its highly successful GALAXY NOTE 2.

GALAXY NOTE 8 is the worlds first TABLET that handles likes a tablet, feels like a tablet does have a S-PEN functionality. Which was introduced in galaxy note 2. Galaxy Note 8 is not just a tablet but it is a phone as well it has all of the functions that Today's Hi-End phones have. It has 1,280 x 800 TFT display Eynos 4 Quad core 1.6Ghz processor , also have 2 Gigs of ram ,Nite 8 comes with 16 and 32Gb internal memory and an SD expansion slot so you can upgrade to your requirements, also coems with S-Pen functionality, comes with Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 not to mention skinned with TouchWiz.

Does have HSPA+ and Wifi. 

  Samsung has made some software optimization in this tablet such as milti-view options which we all saw in galaxy note 2, you can open two programs and work on them simultaneously. Suppose your watch a video on YouTube and  want to check your E-mail, this can be done easily with multi-view option.

  Reading and smart glass are two biggest software's features in the Note 8, nut to make tablet more fun and handy, Samsung has pre-loaded two other software optimizations that come right out of the box. One is S-pen functionality integrated with Flipboard which enables Air View hover functionality and headline previews from man title page.Second one is first fo android and Samsung, Awesome Note which is a cloud based annotation app previously available in iOS, this functionality has been integrated into to the device as a free service, but for one year only. 

 This device will hit the market sometime in second quarter. Now for people living in US Samsung also said that the US market will only see a Wifi version of it for now and yes there is a LTE version of it on Deck. The details on pricing and regional release has not been out yet.

SONY SAYS GAME DISCS STILL HAVE FUTURE

Sony's Jim Ryan  just said to IGN that Game discs will still be used in PlayStation 4 console and will be the dominant source of delivering  games. He also said that we are have moved over to wider connected console which is Sony's PlayStation Network also known as  PSN. 
  

PLayStation network is online service from where you can rent and download games and play multi player with your friends or people around the world. Sony says PSN not now , but will take over in Future. It is said that it is more secure way to play games rather than buying disc because, a digital media disc is more likely to be pirated and or sold again after using it. Sold games are then resold at cheap prices hence, this cycle carry's on. 

  Developers lose a lot of money by this process and can not generate revenue that they should.   This topic debate is for another day. Ryan also said that why game discs will still be the future because PS4 games will take up so much space that it would not be possible for everyone to download them from PlayStation store. Some of the countries in world do not have access to that high speed internet hence people will not be able or to download such massive game data, even if they are it will take ages to download one game. This is one the reasons Sony thinks that Digital media will be the future.  PlayStation 4 will run Blue ray disk drives that has data capacity over 45 gigs and if you go to southern Europe standard internet connection can take up to 3 days which is not fun at all.

MEGAN FOX TO PLAY APRIL IN " TMNT " , MICHAEL BAY

Michael bay just posted on his website " We are bringing Megan fox back to the house". 

Megan Fox who departed from the TRANSFORMERS, because she compared Michael Bay to HITLER on TRANSFORMERS set. Well apparently she is back in action with Michael bay on his upcoming blockbuster movie "TEEN AGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES" which is based on famous Tv cartoon series TMNT.

 According to the Hollywood reporter she is playing the role of APRIL O' NEIL which is the human friend of Mutant Turtles.  Bay and fox reconciled over recent meetings and Fox won over him and got the role of April  in TMNT. Michael Bay is producing the movie , with Jonathan Liebesman of Battlefeild Los Angeles directing it. The mutant turtles Michael Angelo, Leonardo, Ralph and Donatello, actors for these roles are yet to be confirmed.Only time will tell who will play the characters of mutant turtles.
